Job Summary 

We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Remote Account Executive. In this role, you will be the engine of revenue growth, focusing on high-ticket sales and managing the full sales cycle from initial outreach to close. This is a position for a true "hunter" who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by the challenge of turning cold prospects into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process, including discovery calls, product demonstrations, and contract negotiations.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-value prospects.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to refine sales scripts, objection handling, and closing strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and lead statuses within the CRM.

Requirements

• Proven track record as a high-ticket closer.
• Significant experience in outbound cold calling and lead generation.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment with high levels of self-discipline.
• Resilience and a "refuse to lose" attitude when navigating complex sales cycles.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume pipeline.
