As we continue to grow our broker channel, we’re looking for a Relationship Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio spanning Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and regional Victoria, together with Western Australian broker relationships managed remotely through a desk-based approach.

This is a relationship-led role where you’ll build and strengthen broker partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and provide brokers with the knowledge, support and confidence to recommend Latitude’s lending solutions to their clients.

Your impact

You’ll be a trusted point of contact for brokers, understanding their businesses and helping them explore opportunities across secured and unsecured lending.

Your role will combine broker visits across Melbourne’s eastern suburbs and regional Victoria with phone and digital engagement supporting Western Australia. Through territory planning and proactive pipeline management, you’ll turn relationships into sustainable growth while keeping broker and customer outcomes front of mind.

You’ll:

• Grow your broker portfolio by identifying new partners and developing opportunities within existing relationships.
• Create and deliver a territory plan that balances face-to-face engagement in Victoria with effective remote relationship management across WA.
• Help brokers diversify into personal and asset lending, building their understanding of Latitude’s products and credit policies.
• Deliver presentations, product training and accreditation support, both in person and virtually.
• Use pipeline data and market insights to prioritise opportunities and improve performance.
• Work with colleagues to resolve issues, support broker enquiries and deliver a positive experience.

What you’ll bring

You enjoy building relationships and understanding what makes a broker’s business successful. You’re comfortable managing your own schedule, travelling to meet Victorian partners and building strong connections with brokers remotely.

We’re looking for:

• A track record in B2B sales, relationship management or business development within broker distribution or a related industry.
• Experience in consumer finance, residential home loans, commercial lending or asset finance, with an understanding of broker channels.
• Confidence discussing lending products and credit policy, alongside a willingness to deepen your knowledge of personal and asset loans.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage partners in person, over the phone and online.
• The ability to use data and insights to guide territory activity and manage a sales pipeline.
• A proactive, customer-focused approach and the ability to work independently while contributing to a team.
• Previous experience as a Relationship Manager or Business Development Manager in broker distribution would be valuable.
• Qualifications in mortgage broking, finance or a related discipline, and exposure to both secured and unsecured lending, would also be welcome.
