Compensation: $90,000–$98,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Rehabilitation Manager to support the MEF Senior Living Home Health office and help advance high-quality rehabilitation services across Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia.

This role is an excellent opportunity for a licensed Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist who is ready to bring strong clinical judgment, operational leadership, and a genuine commitment to clients, families, and care teams. The Rehabilitation Manager will provide day-to-day leadership and oversight in partnership with the Director and the local CSM/CM team. 

What You’ll Do

• Provide rehabilitation leadership and operational oversight for the MEF Senior Living Home Health office and assigned service area.

• Partner with the Director and local CSM/CM office team to support clinical quality, service excellence, employee engagement, and positive client outcomes.

• Help ensure rehabilitation workflows, office priorities, and operational processes are executed consistently and effectively.

• Work independently to manage assigned responsibilities, solve problems, and follow through on priorities while remaining collaborative and connected to the broader team.

• Support clinicians through coaching, collaboration, and field-based engagement as appropriate to the needs of the office and service area.

• Build strong, respectful relationships with clients, families, employees, referral partners, physicians, facility partners, and other healthcare professionals.

• Monitor team and operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on practical solutions.

• Participate in supervisory visits and accompany clinicians in the field as the role develops and operational needs arise.

• Collaborate with the Director on team goals, performance expectations, staffing needs, and day-to-day operational priorities.

• Travel throughout Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia as needed to support clients, employees, referral relationships, and office operations.

• Complete a structured onboarding process, including in-field training, for candidates transitioning into home health from another healthcare setting.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current, valid Pennsylvania license as a Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech-Language Pathologist.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.

• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team in an office-based and field-supported environment.

• Willingness and ability to travel throughout Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Current or previous home health experience.

• Prior managerial, supervisory, or team-lead experience in rehabilitation, healthcare, senior living, or a related setting.

• Experience supporting clinician performance, employee engagement, service quality, or operational improvement.

• Experience overseeing or contributing to a client or employee census in a high-volume healthcare environment.

Managerial and relevant leadership experience will be considered when determining placement within the compensation range. Candidates bringing this experience may be aligned toward the higher end of the range.

Work Model and Schedule

This is primarily an in-office leadership role based at the MEF Senior Living Home Health office in Newtown Square, PA. The regular schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Regular travel throughout Delaware County and Center City Philadelphia will be required to support operational priorities, supervisory needs, client relationships, and field-based team engagement.
