Acting as the subject matter expert for Brand Technical Equity, you'll work across a global network of stakeholders, production sites and third-party operations to establish consistent standards, safeguard brand reputation and drive operational excellence.

You'll lead the development and implementation of the Brand Technical Equity Framework, ensuring robust governance, standardised ways of working and contractual compliance across our global supply network. • Manage the central Brand Technical Manual portal, ensuring the accuracy, integrity and accessibility of technical documentation across more than 80 global production sites.
  • Own key technical standards and governance processes, monitoring compliance, analysing performance data and reporting on key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with Global Brand Teams, Technical functions, Procurement and external partners to ensure contractual compliance and consistent product quality.
  • Deliver training and capability-building initiatives to improve understanding of regulatory requirements, brand standards and technical compliance across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and tools that enhance efficiency, data quality and compliance across the global supply network.
  • Provide technical support and risk-based regulatory advice, helping the business balance commercial opportunities while protecting brand integrity and consumer trust.

Experience / skills required:

  • Experience within a technical support function in the food, beverage or alcoholic drinks industry.

  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong commercial awareness with excellent communication and influencing skills, building effective relationships with internal stakeholders, third-party suppliers and customers.

  • Good understanding of manufacturing processes and how they support quality and regulatory compliance.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
