Job Description

Why This Role Matters
Our clients trust us with their financial lives and futures. That trust is built through the quality of our financial planning, service, follow-through, and attention to detail they experience every day.

This role is for an experienced financial-services professional who takes pride in getting the details right, solving problems before they affect the client, and owning work from start to finish. You will play an important role in financial planning, client service, account implementation, and meeting preparation while developing toward greater advisory responsibility over time.
If you enjoy combining technical financial-planning work with client service, problem solving, and a high level of personal responsibility, this may be an excellent next step in your career.

About Zoetic Wealth Management
We are a fast-paced team of four, and every person has a meaningful impact. In a small practice, your work is visible, your contributions matter, and you can see the direct effect your efforts have on the client experience.
We operate according to a simple belief: we aim to be trusted. We earn that trust through accuracy, ownership, responsiveness, reliability, teamwork, and personal excellence.

What You Will Do

·    Support the financial-planning process and help prepare comprehensive client meeting agendas across the core areas of financial planning.

·    Maintain accurate client account records and complete service requests, account changes, paperwork, and documentation.

·    Assist with trading, account implementation, and other planning-related activities within the responsibilities of the role.

·    Monitor operational and service issues, coordinate with the home office when needed, and follow issues through to resolution.

·    Help ensure planning, service, and compliance requirements are completed accurately and on time.

·    Anticipate potential problems and take appropriate action before they affect the client experience.

·    Communicate professionally with clients and team members and contribute to a consistent, high-quality client experience.

·    Manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy, organization, or follow-through.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

·    You notice details others may miss and take pride in accurate, complete work.

·    You take ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

·    You connect the task in front of you to the broader impact on the client and the team.

·    You are resourceful and persistent when the answer is not immediately obvious.

·    You think critically, solve problems, and are willing to ask good questions.

·    You can balance competing priorities while staying organized and dependable.

·    You enjoy working on a small, collaborative team where everyone contributes.

·    You are willing to step up when needed, recognizing that client needs, deadlines, and team commitments may require work outside regular office hours.

Required Qualifications

·    Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial planning, business, or a related field.

·    3+ years of similar experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a closely related financial-services environment.

·    Active Series 7 and Series 66 registrations and State Life, Accident and Health insurance licenses.

·    Demonstrated experience supporting financial planning, client service, account implementation, or related wealth-management activities.

·    CFP® certification or a genuine commitment to pursue the CFP® designation, including enrollment and testing within three years.

·    Experience working with financial-planning, CRM, document-management, investment-research, and Microsoft Office systems.

·    Ability and willingness to work in our Brookfield office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Qualifications

·    Experience with MoneyGuidePro, Morningstar Advisor Workstation, Box, Thomson ONE, or comparable systems.

·    Experience working in an Ameriprise or similar wealth-management practice.

Career Path

This position is designed to develop toward an Associate Financial Advisor role. Initially, the position will focus heavily on financial-planning support, client service, operations, meeting preparation, and implementation.  As you demonstrate capability, practice requirements, and have attained the CFP®, the intention is to expand your responsibilities to include providing advice to existing clients.

Compensation and Benefits

·    $75,000-$90,000 base salary, depending on experience, licensing, CFP® status, and ability to assume financial-planning responsibilities.

·    Opportunity for discretionary annual profit sharing.

·    Health, dental, and vision benefits.

·    401(k).

·    Open PTO policy, subject to advance approval.

Schedule and Work Environment

Practice hours are generally Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. This is an in-office position in Brookfield, Wisconsin.  Work outside normal office hours may be needed based on caseload, client events, or important deadlines.
