Job Description:

The RN collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to monitor patient progress, make clinical adjustments, and advocate for the best patient outcomes, ensuring safety and adherence to evidence-based practices.
Department Overview:
4 West is a 24-bed inpatient nursing unit, providing quality care to adult medical/surgical telemetry patients who are acutely ill or injured. 4 West specializes in post-operative surgical patient care. Education:
ADN required, BSN or higher preferred.
Certification:
Virginia or compact multistate RN (Registered Nurse) license in good standing
BLS within 90 days of hire.
Experience:
Experienced RN's and New grads welcome!
