University Medical Center New Orleans is seeking experienced critical care nurses for the following ICU units: Trauma Intensive Care, NEW Cardiovascular and Surgical Intensive Care, Medical Surgical Intensive Care, Burn Intensive Care, and Neuro Intensive Care.
Some accreditations include Level One Trauma Center, Verified Burn Center and Comprehensive Stoke Center.

Our ICU Units offer:
• Day/Evening ICU tours
• 2:1 patient to nurse ratio
• 1:1 patient to nurse ratio for high acuity patients
• Self-scheduling via Smart Square
• Six weeks ICU training

The Must-Haves:
Minimum:
• One year of critical care experience.
• Current nursing license to practice in Louisiana and as defined by the Louisiana State Board of Nursing.
• Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification.
