Sentara Healthcare is seeking a Full Time/Day Shift Transplant Coordinator for our Kidney/Pancreas Transplant team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

Shift: FT Days
Outpatient clinic is open Monday – Friday between 8am and 4:30pm.

What you will do:
Coordinate care with post-transplant patients.
Facilitates clinic flow, transplant evaluation, and patient care management.
Requirments:
ADN Required, BSN or higher preferred
RN VA or multi-state license in good standing
2+ years of acute care experience, good medical - renal knowledge, and understands chronic disease
BLS required
