As a Home Care Registered Nurse (RN) with Mercy Home Health, you’ll bring high-quality, compassionate care directly to patients where they feel safest and most comfortable: their homes. You’ll use advanced tools, your clinical expertise, and a whole-person approach to help patients heal, regain independence, and thrive.

This position is based out of Nazareth Hospital and will support Northeast Philadelphia.

What You’ll Need

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active RN license in the State of Ohio
• At least one (1) year of professional nursing experience preferably in Home Health
• Phlebotomy and wound care experience required
