AdvisaCare is looking for a few great RNs! 🩺💉

Our Skilled Nursing team provides intermittent care to Medicare beneficiaries in their homes—often after an inpatient stay for illness or surgery.

You’ll help patients recover their independence and feel confident managing life at home. 💕

🍂 WHAT YOU’LL DO:

🩺 Help patients understand and manage their disease process
🩹 Dress wounds and provide skilled treatments
💉 Draw blood and manage drains, catheters, PICCs, and ostomies
🏡 Evaluate home safety and patient needs
💊 Support medication and disease management
🤝 Connect patients with helpful community resources
👩‍⚕️ Coordinate care with physicians, providers, caregivers, therapists, and families

Requirements

Michigan RN License

Michigan Driver's license and proof of insurance

CPR

1 year Home Health Experience Preferred; ER or Critical Care Experience a Plus

OASIS Experience Preferred

Critical Thinking and Task Skills Necessary

Computer Skills a Must
