This position is for our Extendicare Athabasca Home, located in Athabasca, Alberta
Available opportunities include: 1 Full-Time Days and Nights rotation 

What you’ll be doing

• Liaise with interdisciplinary team and care providers to develop, implement, review and evaluate resident complex care plans including education and support.

• Provide leadership to nursing and personal care staff by planning, directing, supervising and evaluating their work.

What you bring

• Current registration with provincial College of Nurses as a Registered Nurse (RN)
