About the role:
As a Registered Nurse at one of our flagship facilities in Narrabeen - RSL LifeCare, every day you’re empowered to make a meaningful difference to people’s lives. Within our supportive work environment your skills and compassion are valued. You will have the opportunity to:

• Deliver and oversee the provision of high-quality care to residents

• Practice within a diverse and multi-disciplinary care team

• Provide clinical leadership, ensuring individualised, integrated, effective and safe clinical care

• Embody a person-centred approach, recognising and promoting the individual’s unique goals and preferences

• Participate in clinical risk management and continuous quality improvement activities

About You:

• Your track record of leadership, ability to coordinate care across the team and provide clarity and direction

• Current AHPRA registration and Australian Working Rights

It is a mandatory requirement for a team member working in the Aged Care sector to have a valid Police Check or a valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) check, or potentially both, to undertake the inherent requirements of the role.
