KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job.  Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below.  Specific activities may change from time to time.   

​​• Processing insurance submissions, endorsements, and renewals in accordance with company standards.  
• Gather and review documentation to ensure completeness and compliance with underwriting guidelines. 
• Maintain accurate and organized client files and database records. 
• Communicate with internal teams and external partners to obtain required information or resolve routine inquiries. 
• Ensure all regulatory requirements and compliance policies are followed in day-to-day activities.​ 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.  Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. 

​​• Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
• 0–2 years of experience in insurance, risk management, or a related administrative role. 
• Familiarity with property and casualty insurance concepts is beneficial but not required.​ 

CERTIFICATIONS / LICENSES / REGISTRATIONS 

​​• P&C license is required, ProGroup can assist in obtaining

​​• Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and data entry. 
• Basic knowledge of insurance terminology and processes. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks.
