Sobre este puesto de Regional Director, SUD Outreach en Charlie Health
Why Charlie Health?
Millions of people across the country are navigating mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and eating disorders, but too often, they’re met with barriers to care. From limited local options and long wait times to treatment that lacks personalization, behavioral healthcare can leave people feeling unseen and unsupported.
Charlie Health exists to change that. Our mission is to connect the world to life-saving behavioral health treatment. We deliver personalized, virtual care rooted in connection—between clients and clinicians, care teams, loved ones, and the communities that support them. By focusing on people with complex needs, we’re expanding access to meaningful care and driving better outcomes from the comfort of home.
As a rapidly growing organization, we're reaching more communities every day and building a team that’s redefining what behavioral health treatment can look like. If you're ready to use your skills to drive lasting change and help more people access the care they deserve, we’d love to meet you.
About the Role
Charlie Health is one of the fastest-growing startups in the healthcare industry, working tirelessly to connect people everywhere to life-saving behavioral health treatment.
As a Regional Director, SUD Outreach, you will lead a founding go-to-market team responsible for scaling Charlie Health's Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program across a state-wide or multi-state region. SUD represents our current major growth vertical, and you will be charged with building and running the regional playbook. You will manage and support the SUD Territory Managers who represent Charlie Health in the region, and you'll work hand-in-hand with our leadership team to define how we open and win in these markets.
You and your team will shape how Charlie Health engages referral partners in key SUD settings such as detox centers, residential treatment centers, rehabilitation facilities, and other SUD-focused organizations. You'll make sure these partners understand how our comprehensive SUD treatment and mental health programs support individuals on the path to recovery, and you'll obsess (in a healthy way) over ensuring that every SUD provider, patient, and family in your region is aware of Charlie Health's programs.
This role is best suited for a leader who thrives in high-accountability environments and wants to help build something meaningful from the ground up. You'll be granted an unparalleled level of responsibility while collaborating with sharp, spirited, ambitious, and mission-driven coworkers. In turn, you will drive field execution, develop your team, create accountability, use data and strategy to make decisions, and ultimately build a culture that consistently produces results.
At Charlie Health, we believe in leading with our “why” and connecting with our purpose every day. Join us to find not only a career but a calling.
