Job Description:
About the Role
Responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to deliver high-quality recruitment services for assigned clients. This role oversees daily recruitment operations, drives performance against client and business objectives, ensures adherence to recruitment processes, and serves as a key partner in managing delivery outcomes. The Team Manager provides coaching, performance management, operational support, and stakeholder coordination to ensure consistent achievement of hiring goals, service levels, and candidate experience targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters
Manage daily recruitment operations, including workload allocation, productivity, quality, and delivery performance.
Partner with client stakeholders to address operational needs, hiring challenges, and process improvements.
Monitor recruitment metrics (e.g., job coverage, submission/interview/start ratios, time-to-fill, quality, candidate experience).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability, and client satisfaction.
Identify risks, resolve operational issues, and escalate complex concerns when needed.
Ensure compliance with client requirements, recruitment processes, and reporting expectations.
Profile Requirements
3+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in an RPO, staffing agency, or high-volume recruitment environment.
2+ years of people leadership experience managing recruiters, sourcers, or recruitment teams.
Strong understanding of the recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support).
Experienced in supporting US-based clients or global hiring programs
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and translate insights into action plans.
