Action Property Management is looking for a Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. We’re looking for someone who is a strong sourcer and relationship builder and someone who knows how to proactively find great talent while delivering an exceptional experience to candidates and hiring managers.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of recruiting experience and is comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing strategies to identify and engage both active and passive candidates.
Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who is responsive, collaborative, solutions-oriented, and passionate about service. Our recruiters are trusted partners to the business, and we expect a high level of internal customer service, follow-through, and communication throughout the hiring process.

Work Schedule & Travel
This is a work-from-home position; however, candidates must be able and willing to work California business hours, regardless of where they are located.
The position may require occasional local and California travel for hiring events, business meetings, training, or other recruiting-related needs. Candidates must have the flexibility to travel when business needs require it.

What You'll Do
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions, from sourcing and initial screening through offer acceptance.
Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill and high-volume positions.
Build effective Boolean search strings and use creative search techniques to uncover talent across multiple platforms.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, job boards, referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify active and passive candidates.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct recruiter screens and provide thoughtful, concise candidate recommendations to hiring managers.
Serve as a responsive and solutions-oriented recruiting partner to hiring managers, providing regular updates, market insights, and recommendations throughout the search.
Deliver a high-touch candidate experience, ensuring candidates feel informed, respected, and engaged throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain consistent and timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs, calibrate candidate profiles, troubleshoot recruiting challenges, and adjust strategies when needed.
Maintain accurate and timely candidate records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Support hiring events, recruiting initiatives, and special projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
Minimum of 1 year of recruiting experience required.
Strong sourcing skills with demonstrated experience proactively identifying candidates.
Proficiency with Boolean search techniques and the ability to translate job requirements into targeted sourcing strategies.
Hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed to source and engage candidates.
Comfortable proactively reaching out to passive candidates through InMail, email, phone, and other channels.
Passion for delivering an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through the completion of the hiring process.
Strong commitment to internal customer service and building trusted partnerships with hiring managers.
Highly responsive, collaborative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented.
Strong sense of urgency with the ability to follow through and keep searches moving forward.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple open positions, stakeholders, and competing priorities while staying organized.
Staffing agency recruiting experience is a plus.
Experience recruiting for hospitality, property management, HOA/community management, customer service, engineering, or related roles is a plus.
Experience using Lever or a similar Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a plus.
