What would you do? • The Team Lead is responsible for the day-to-day delivery of Cash & Bank Accounting, Treasury, and Bank Reconciliation Statement activities. The role supervises transaction execution and quality, plans team capacity and production, maintains daily client communication, and ensures delivery against agreed SLAs, KPIs, controls, and close calendars. • Team Lead coaches team members, uses approved internal tools to improve visibility and results, and supports process standardization, automation, and transformation. • • Working knowledge of SAP,S4 HANA, ServiceNow, ReconSmart,Cadency, and advanced Excel and reporting tools. • • Analytical problem-solving, attention to detail, and the ability to manage priorities and deadlines during month-end close. • • Continuous-improvement mindset with exposure to standardization, automation, Lean, or process-transformation initiatives.
What are we looking for? • Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; relevant accounting or treasury certification is an advantage. Prior experience in shared services, global business services, or a BPO environment is preferred. • Leadership Qualities • Ownership, integrity, sound judgment, resilience, transparent communication, collaboration, customer focus, adaptability, and the ability to lead by example.
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Lead daily Cash & Bank operations, including cash-position monitoring, bank statement processing, payment and receipt allocation, bank clearing, FX-rate updates, treasury postings, and bank reconciliations. • • Plan daily, weekly, and month-end production; allocate work based on volumes, priorities, capacity, skills, and close-calendar requirements. • • Review critical transactions, reconciliations, aged open items, exception reports, and supporting documentation for accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution. • • Conduct daily client communication and operational calls; provide clear status updates, discuss dependencies, resolve queries, and escalate risks or delays promptly. • • Monitor SLA, KPI, TAT, quality, backlog, aging, and productivity results; perform root-cause analysis and drive corrective and preventive actions for misses. • • Ensure tickets and process exceptions are tracked and resolved through approved internal tools within agreed timelines. • • Ensure consistent use of SAP,S4 HANA, ServiceNow, ReconSmart,Cadency, dashboards, trackers, SOPs, checklists, and knowledge repositories to improve control and delivery outcomes. • • Maintain team connects through daily huddles, workload reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, one-to-one discussions, and timely feedback. • • Coach team members, identify training and cross-skilling needs, maintain backup coverage, and support new-joiner onboarding. • • Identify standardization, automation, and process-transformation opportunities; support testing, implementation, adoption, and benefit tracking. • • Ensure compliance with SOPs, internal controls, Segregation of Duties, audit-trail, documentation, and information-security requirements.
