Are you a people-oriented and organized professional who enjoys creating a welcoming environment? Join our team as a Part-Time Receptionist and become the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and meeting participants, ensuring a professional and positive experience.
• Manage visitor registration and issue visitor badges according to company procedures.
• Coordinate and maintain the visitor and meeting room calendars.
• Organize and support meetings and events, including room setup, catering, transportation, and logistics.
• Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and general correspondence.
• Manage daily mail and invoice processing.
• Provide administrative support to employees and designated teams.
• Order office supplies, coordinate equipment repairs, and assist with general office administration.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1-4 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or office support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills in English
• Customer-focused mindset with a professional and friendly attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general administrative tools.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
