Full-Time, Permanent Position

Location: Madrid

Hours/Shifts: 40 hours/ 3pm to 11pm

Postion Receptionist

Responsibilities

·        Give support in administrative tasks.

·        Answer, monitor and channel incoming calls and emails.

·        Receive, classify and deliver the correspondence.

·        Provide attention to external visitors.

·        Control access to facilities.

·        Maintain control of office material and documents.

·        Help in the organization of events and transportation/logistics

·        Reserve rooms for meetings.

·        Manage Actor’s contracts.

Requirements

• Team player, detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.

• Strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication skills across all levels (verbal, written).

• Ability to solve problems.

• Intermediate command of English, other languages an advantage.

• Organization for data recording and agenda management.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
