Job Description:
The Real Estate Summer Intern will support the UPS Real Estate team with projects related to property management, lease administration, facilities planning, and real estate analytics. This internship provides hands-on experience in a corporate real estate environment while working with experienced professionals on business-critical initiatives.
Responsibilities
Assist with real estate and facilities-related projects.
Collect, organize, and analyze property and lease data.
Support reporting, presentations, and project documentation.
Conduct research on market trends and real estate opportunities.
Participate in team meetings and project discussions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across multiple business functions.
Perform other administrative and project-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical, technology and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
