Work Shift

Overview:

Sentara is hiring a Radiation Therapist at Princess Anne Hospital, in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Shift: PRN/Flex (minimum 8 hours per week, option up to 40!)

Overview

Provide radiation therapy to patients as prescribed by a Radiation Oncologist according to established practices and standards.

Education

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology REQUIRED

Certification/Licensure

• ARRT Certification PREFERRED
• All new graduates will remain Radiation Therapist I for the first 2 years of employment and are required to pass boards within 6 months of hire. 
• Completion of an approved certification program prior to 2016 in lieu of Associates degree will also be considered.
