The Air Liquide Innovation Campus Shanghai (ICS) serves as one of our five collaborative R&D hubs. In this role, the successful candidate will partner with our international project team to create state-of-the-art advancements in advanced manufacturing, energy transition, and storage.
您将如何贡献和成长？
Responsible for the daily operation, 5S management. Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of gloveboxes, ALD systems, gas cabinet and battery testing instruments.
Coordinate with internal facility teams and external vendors for regular equipment maintenance and spare parts replenishment.
Ensure strict compliance with corporate HSE protocols, maintaining safety standards for the lab.
Assist researchers in executing daily experimental plans for solid-state and lithium battery development, including cathode active material calcination, coin cell fabrication and electrochemical testing .
Operate ALD (Atomic Layer Deposition) reactors under guidance to perform interface engineering and protective thin-film coatings on battery powders and electrodes.

Strong self-drive and quick learning ability to adapt to fast-evolving battery technologies and advanced equipment operations.
Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, New Energy Materials, or related technical disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of working experience in a chemistry, materials, or battery research laboratory.
Hands-on experience in lithium battery or solid-state battery assembly (glovebox operation) and electrochemical testing is required.
Basic reading and writing proficiency in English (capable of reading technical manuals, ALD process logs, and recording test results).
