Description of main tasks:

The Incumbent is responsible for the following tasks:

Structure of the description of a principal accountability/main task: Verb  à Content à Target à Target Group/Interface à Framework

Maintain quality system Maintain ISO9001:2015, FM approval, UL94, KS Certification, Eco etc. Review the quality system and lead improvement system’s observation. Lead the audit by certification institution.

Quality Assurance Monitoring the customer complain and lead quality improvement. Analysis the quality issue and lead the improvement. Response the customer’s quality issue and drive to relevant departments for counter actions. Lead & participate in customer audit, 3th party audit.

Quality Control Monitoring the plant KPI and lead for meet quality target. Check the production line’s quality activity. Check the new part quality and monitoring for product performance.

Supplier quality monitoring Review the supplier’s quality status and lead quality improvement. Check the failure cost due to supplier’s quality problem and feedback for the debit note. Monitoring the supplier’s 4M change.

MSA & Calibration on measurement instrument Perform Gage R&R between inspectors. Check the measurement instrument calibration and re-calibration the instrument.

Product testing Review the market & customer’s requirement and make a test plan. Regular test base on testing plan.

Non-conformace management Issuance of NCR for non-conforming product and drive to relevant departments for actions. Analyzes the Q-cost for customer complaints and Claims. Support to relevant departments to resolve quality issues.

Product conformity management Compliance PCM with group guideline. Perform the requirement for PCM.  

WAM Q&PC pillar Organization of pillar team and set up route map. Perform Q&PC program by WAM standard tool.

PPP audit Perform PPP audit based on schedules.

 Item code management Creation new code with spec for new product items.

 External education management Manage the MPE member’s external education and coordinate to maintain KS standard.
