We are currently looking for a QC glassware cleaning validation Intern to join our Nyon site as a key member of the Quality Control team.

Duration:

12 months

Your Role at Haleon:

• You will review the current glassware cleaning process and assess it against GMP requirements and industry’s best practices.
• You will perform a risk assessment to identify worst-case cleaning scenarios and define appropriate validation strategies.
• You will support the design and execution of cleaning validation studies, including sampling, testing and data analysis.
• You will evaluate cleaning performance using analytical indicators such as visual cleanliness, conductivity and TOC measurements.
• You will prepare validation documentation, summarize results and present recommendations to the QC and Quality teams.

What we expect from you:

• You are studying Pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• You have an interest in GMP environments, validation activities and Quality Control laboratory operations.
• You are curious, analytical and comfortable working with experimental data and scientific problem-solving.
• You communicate effectively in English and can clearly document your work and findings.
• You enjoy working collaboratively in a diverse team while taking ownership of your assigned project.
