In this QC Compliance Coordinator role within the Quality Control function at PGS El Jadida, you will support the implementation and continuous improvement of compliance activities, quality systems, data integrity expectations, GMP/GLP standards, Pfizer Quality Standards, and regulatory requirements. You will help ensure that appropriate systems and controls are in place across QC areas, contributing to a strong quality and compliance culture that keeps patients at the center of our work.

What You Will Achieve

In this role, you will support and coordinate QC compliance activities across the Quality Control department, including:

• Review and follow up on Global SOP and Global work instruction including Pfizer Quality System updates.

• Review and approve QC SOPs, support strict adherence to laboratory procedures, and endorse GLP requirements during laboratory practices.

• Ensure QC processes comply with data integrity requirements and support implementation of ALCOA principles across relevant QC operations.

• Improve QC quality systems to maintain compliance with Pfizer Quality Standards, cGMP, cGLP, and regulatory expectations.

• Manage LIRs and QARs in alignment with the relevant QC sections and support timely closure of quality system actions.

• Perform frequent data integrity GEMBAs and risk assessments for QC quality systems to verify compliance with applicable requirements.

• Support QA with CCRs and QARs related to QC activities and actively implement Notification to Management procedures.

• Act as an EHS committee member by supporting implementation of EHS measures and actions within QC laboratories.

• Support new programs, tests, methods, instrumentation, and procedures by investigating alternatives, preparing proposals, and monitoring progress.

• Coach and inspire the quality team, promote compliance culture, guide good data management practices, and maintain an active daily presence in GMP work areas.

• Lead and support continuous improvement efforts, capacity planning for IMEX deployment, IPC supervision in production, and finished goods sampling activities.

• Manage nitrosamine impact assessments, act as the site point of contact with the global nitrosamine team, serve as site SME during inspections and audits, and delegate for the Quality Control Supervisor when required.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

• University degree with a scientific background.

• More than 3 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

• Strong knowledge of cGMP and cGLP requirements.

• Good command of English, both written and spoken.

• Strong analytical, observation, problem-solving, planning, and time management skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.

• Demonstrated management, decision-making, negotiation, and team-building skills.

• High motivation toward achievement and a logical way of thinking.

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)

• Proficiency in using data analysis computer tools and conducting statistical analysis
• Familiarity with Laboratory Information Management System Empower and Microsoft Office programs
• Experience with LIMS management, including laboratory data, workflows, and system use within a QC environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong collaboration and team-building skills
• Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
