QA SpecialistSummary:
- Maintaining and improving product and process quality- Correction and prevention of quality problems (RCCA)
- Creation and maintenance of quality documentation
- Responging Quality system and audit
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintaining and improving product and process quality
• Inspection management from raw materials to final products
• Analysis of test data and trend management
- Correction and prevention of quality problems (RCCA)
• Handling customer complaints and defects
• Promoting corrective and preventive actions
- Creation and maintenance of quality documentation
• Creation and revision of quality manuals, procedures, and regulations
• Change management (organization of revision history and scope of impact)
• Promotion of document development and standardization that is in line with on-site conditions
- Quality system and audit response
• Operation of ISO/IATF etc. and internal audits
> Experience and skills gained in this position
• Practical experience in the operation of multiple standards such as IATF16949 and ISO9001
• Problem-solving skills centered on RCCA
• Experience in cross-functional quality improvement in collaboration with manufacturing, development, and procurement
• Quality activities in collaboration with global locations

Qualifications:
The following are required for the role

• Practical experience in quality assurance or quality control
• Basic knowledge of QMS (ISO9001, IATF16949, etc.)
• Internal auditor qualification
• Experience in quality work in chemical products or manufacturing

• 内部監査員資格をお持ちの方
• 化学製品または製造業での品質業務経験
