Sitting within our Product Development team, we're looking to hire a QA Engineer who will work in an Agile and multi-disciplined team. Our core focus is on quality assurance of our proprietary travel products and platforms.

Contributing to the overall development and delivery process, you'll perform automated and manual tests to ensure software is fit for purpose and meets quality assurance standards. You'll actively seek best practices, driving high standards of software testing and supporting documentation.

What you’ll do:

• Execute all levels of testing, including integration, system, acceptance, exploratory, and regression
• Design, develop, and enhance automated and manual test scripts to increase the quality and timeliness of outputs
• Actively participate within the team, contributing and helping generate delivery ideas and solutions
• Detect and triage software defects and inconsistencies, managing defects through to resolution
• Conduct smoke tests on releases into the production environment
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using modern testing tools and best practices
• Collaborate on designing robust test automation architectures that support scalable testing operations

What we’re looking for:

• Strong expertise in business travel operations and GDS platforms (Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport)
• Hands-on experience testing software in Agile environments
• Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles
• Demonstrated proficiency with automation testing using C#, Typescript, Playwright, and Postman
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools (Claude or similar) to streamline test development and documentation
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project and documentation management
