Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years in software testing, QA, test execution, or enterprise application validation.
- ISTQB, CSTE, SAFe, Agile, or comparable certification and CompTIA Security+.
- Experience developing and executing test plans, test cases, test scripts, test data, regression suites, automated test scripts, and defect reports.
- Experience performing functional, integration, system, UAT, regression, automated, and release testing for enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of AI-assisted testing, test automation frameworks, and continuous testing practices preferred.
- Active Secret clearance; ability to obtain Top Secret clearance based on Government requirements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience testing Appian, low-code/no-code, Java, API, database, or cloud-hosted applications.
- Experience supporting Army, DoD, acquisition, contracting, or federal enterprise systems.
- Working knowledge of AI-assisted testing, automation, and test data generation concepts.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test cases, scripts, data, and regression suites.
- Validate application functionality, workflows, integrations, APIs, reports, and business requirements across ACWS environments.
- Document test results, defects, validation outcomes, quality metrics, and release readiness recommendations.
- Support defect triage, retesting, user acceptance testing, deployment validation, and production readiness activities.
- Coordinate testing across sprints and releases.
- Improve automation, metrics, and reusable test assets.
