WE ARE HIRING:
Influencer Marketing Manager (Lifestyle)
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in PR, communications, or agency environments (Beauty & Lifestyle preferred)
- Advanced English
- Proven experience leading accounts and teams
- Strong experience in:
- Public Relations (PR) within beauty, lifestyle, or consumer brands
- Influencer Marketing (IM), including talent selection and campaign execution
- Brand positioning, storytelling, and reputation management
- Experience managing beauty and lifestyle clients (skincare, cosmetics, wellness, fashion, etc.)
- Experience developing 360 strategies (PR + IM + digital)
- Strong relationships with beauty/lifestyle media and influencers
- Experience in crisis management (preferred)
- Knowledge in:
- Content creation aligned to trends, launches, and brand storytelling
- Media relations and pitching for beauty/lifestyle outlets
- Influencer negotiation and partnerships
- PR & IM monitoring and reporting
- Agency experience (highly preferred)
Activities
- Lead PR and Influencer Marketing strategies for beauty & lifestyle brands
- Develop communication plans aligned with product launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal trends
- Oversee and ensure execution of PR & IM campaigns across beauty and lifestyle accounts
- Manage relationships with:
- Beauty and lifestyle media
- Influencers and content creators
- Clients and key stakeholders
- Define brand narrative, tone of voice, and positioning aligned with market trends
- Approve communication materials:
- Press releases (product launches, brand announcements)
- Media pitches tailored to beauty/lifestyle outlets
- Campaign briefs and influencer guidelines
- Coordinate influencer campaigns:
- Talent scouting (aligned to brand DNA)
- Negotiation and partnerships
- Performance tracking and reporting
- Monitor media coverage and campaign performance
- Analyze results and generate reports with actionable insights
- Present strategies, results, and proposals to clients
- Lead and mentor team members (executives, trainees)
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, paid media) for integrated campaigns
- Identify opportunities for brand visibility, trends, and collaborations
- Stay up to date with beauty/lifestyle trends, creators, and platforms
- Manage sensitive situations or brand reputation issues when needed
