• Coordinate and process property offers, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with client requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with local and global teams to streamline property operations
• Monitor and update property management databases, tracking lease expirations, rent rolls, and vendor contracts.
• Assist the property management team in preparing monthly financial reports, variance analyses, and operational budgets.
• Schedule and oversee preventive maintenance programs, coordinating with external vendors to ensure optimal building performance.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify facility needs and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in commercial property management, real estate operations, or a related corporate real estate role.
• Strong understanding of administration, property accounting principles, and facility and property management practices.
• Proficiency in property management software and advanced skills in spreadsheet applications for financial tracking and reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, tenants, and vendors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail.
