Associate Project Management

 Requirements:

• Bachelor diploma or above, major in International Trade, Logistics Management, Electric Power Automation, Mechatronics, or Marine Engineering.
• 1~3 years’ experience in logistic or marine industry.
• Fluent English is required both written and spoken, good communication skills, teamwork spirit.
• Strong sense of responsibility and patient personality, be able to work under pressure.
• Proactive and initiative, customer oriented.
• Experience in logistic, international trade or marine industry is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Understand terms of the contract, identify risks as and what may cause changes in risk exposure, develop mitigation plans accordingly. Understand opportunities and take advantages of the opportunities to secure additional sales or improve margin.
• Develop project plan, verify and control project scope, optimize resources and cost, ensure the project to be delivered as planned, including projects of spares package.
• Raise purchase requests and manage purchase order, work actively with multiple suppliers with support from supply chain team, coordinate with logistics to deliver equipment or spare parts on time.
• Understand different revenue recognition methods, control project cost and cash flow, ensure the project can be taken revenue, invoiced and collect payment from customers in time.
• Report status and progress of projects to customers or other stake holders during project review meeting.
