The Opportunity

As a Project Manager- Senior Associate- Commercial Technology & Innovation, you will oversee and coordinate various projects to facilitate successful delivery within budget and timeline. You will leverage strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage teams and stakeholders. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role, you will be part of our Advisory practice, where you will optimize project portfolios to drive strategic business outcomes. You will oversee project selection, prioritization, and resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery. This position offers the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Coordinating project selection and prioritization to align with strategic business outcomes
- Overseeing resource allocation to facilitate successful project delivery within budget and timeline
- Leveraging organizational and communication skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively
- Implementing Agile methodology to enhance project management processes and outcomes
- Utilizing AI-human collaboration to drive innovative solutions in project execution
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Developing and maintaining project documentation to support governance and compliance standards
- Managing project risks and identifying opportunities for improvement in service delivery models
- Engaging stakeholders to build meaningful client connections and anticipate their needs
- Navigating complex situations to grow personal brand and deepen technical skills
- Supporting the development of Project Management Office (PMO) frameworks and tools
- Facilitating project integration and scoping to validate alignment with business objectives
- Promoting process standardization and business process improvement across projects

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating proficiency in Agile Methodology and AI Fluency
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Navigating IT project lifecycle with learning agility
- Excelling in stakeholder engagement and management
- Managing project budgeting and resource allocation effectively
- Developing project management office (PMO) strategies

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
