As a Project Manager - Senior Associate you will oversee client service workstreams within project portfolio management, coordinating schedules, deliverables, and stakeholder needs across strategic programs. As a Senior Associate you will analyze complex situations, manage assigned work, guide junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while developing your personal brand and technical skills within our Strategy practice. In this role at PwC, you will support project planning, track progress against milestones, interpret feedback, and use critical thinking to help teams navigate shifting priorities within our Managed Services and Strategic PMO Managed Services offering.
Responsibilities
- Managing project workstreams from planning through delivery across strategic PMO managed services engagements
- Developing project plans, schedules, milestones, and action trackers for assigned client work
- Coordinating project governance activities, including status reporting, issue tracking, and dependency management
- Analyzing project risks, control points, and scope changes to support timely decisions
- Preparing meeting materials, project documentation, and executive summaries for client and internal stakeholders
- Applying Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and traditional project management methods based on engagement needs
- Tracking budgets, resource assignments, and delivery progress across multiple concurrent initiatives
- Supporting change control processes, process mapping, and process standardization efforts
- Using project management software and digital tooling to organize tasks, monitor deadlines, and capture action items
- Guiding junior team members by reviewing deliverables, sharing feedback, and helping strengthen project delivery skills
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Operations/Supply Chain
- Demonstrating project management coursework or internship experience in PMO settings
- Applying Agile, Kanban, or Scrum methods in project coordination tasks
- Using project planning, tracking, and documentation tools effectively
- Interpreting stakeholder needs while navigating ambiguity and change
- Developing risk registers, process maps, and change control materials
- Supporting program delivery, budgeting, and service models with attention to detail
