Experience Range: 7 to 10 years of experience, including substantial leadership of enterprise technology change management projects Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead comprehensive stakeholder analysis, persona impact assessments, and develop tailored change management strategies for large-scale identity transformation initiatives 2. Design and execute wave-aligned communications, Microsoft Authenticator readiness plans, and end-user training programs to ensure seamless migration experiences 3. Prepare application owners, administrators, Service Desk, security teams, and business users for migration through targeted guidance and resource development 4. Track and report on organizational readiness, user adoption rates, support demand, feedback, and identify high-friction populations to proactively address resistance 5. Coordinate reinforcement activities, knowledge transfer sessions, and transition communications throughout hypercare and post-migration support phases 6. Develop and maintain stakeholder and impact assessments, communication and training plans, readiness and adoption reports, and user guidance materials 7. Identify and manage risks, dependencies, defects, and key decisions early in the project lifecycle, ensuring transparent governance and business continuity 8. Facilitate knowledge transfer through clear documentation, walkthroughs, and enablement sessions to prepare teams for operational ownership of the future-state environment Required Skills: 1. Enterprise technology change management methodologies and frameworks 2. MS Project Plan for project scheduling and tracking 3. Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory) and Okta migration experience 4. Stakeholder engagement and communication strategy development 5. Training design, adoption planning, and business readiness for global and shift-based user populations 6. Measurement and feedback collection using executive reporting tools 7. IT service management processes and tools 8. Development of user guidance, FAQs, and reinforcement plans for technology transitions 9. Risk identification, mitigation planning, and rollback readiness validation 10. Identity and access management (IAM) best practices Preferred Skills: 1. SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) certification 2. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification 3. Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification 4. Experience supporting global technology transformations in complex enterprise environments 5. Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and operational readiness requirements 6. Executive-level reporting and data visualization tools Desired Qualifications: 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline 2. PMP (Project Management Professional), SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification 3. Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate or Okta Certified Professional
