The Project Manager I oversees all aspects of the project using creation, planning, execution, monitoring and controlling, and closing processes. The Project Manager I is responsible for coordination and completion of the project and performs a variety of tasks including setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring and summarizing progress of the project, and managing risks. The Project Manager I will be responsible for more than one project at a time and will manage small to large-size projects.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for planning projects in order to accomplish their goals or produce the products specified in the scope of the project within constraints such as time, budget and agreed quality standards.

· Continuously monitors the progress in terms of the status of the plan and reports back to the organization via weekly or other progress reporting by organizing and managing status meetings.

· Anticipates deviations from a plan or schedule early and keep all participants informed.

· Identifies logs, analyzes and manages potential and actual issues and risks.

· Takes preventive and corrective actions and reviews how issues and risks may impact scope, schedule, quality and budget.

· Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

Requirements

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering or Information Systems.

Position Experience:

· At least two years of experience in a project management environment.

Other Qualifications:

· PMP Required

· Demonstrated experience managing people and projects.
