  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare executives, facility directors, consultants, contractors, and jurisdictional authorities.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and owner’s representative throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Prepare executive-level presentations, project status reports, cost summaries, and schedule updates.

  • Facilitate coordination between owners, architects, engineers, contractors, AHJs, and vendors.

Cost, Schedule & Risk Management

  • Track budgets, forecasts, contingencies, and change management processes.

  • Review change order proposals, schedule impacts, and cost estimates for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts to cost, schedule, and operations.

  • Support value engineering and operational optimization efforts.

  • Assist with proposals, interviews, client pursuits, and strategic business development initiatives.

  • Help mentor and support junior staff and project team members.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of project management or owner’s representative experience in healthcare, life sciences, or complex commercial construction.

  • Experience managing occupied healthcare renovations, phased construction, and/or clinical operations coordination.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, low-voltage, and medical equipment coordination.

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, ADA requirements, life safety compliance, and infection prevention practices.

  • Strong understanding of Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA), Interim Life Safety Measures (ILSM/ISLM), healthcare infection prevention protocols, and life safety requirements within occupied healthcare facilities.
