1.    Lead global cross-functional project teams to develop new products for China and European or US markets. Ensuring successful delivery in accordance with the product development process and project constraints (scope, time, quality, budget).

2.    Develop and maintain detailed project plans, track progress, and proactively manage risks, issues, and changes.

3.    Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among global cross-functional teams, including R&D, PM, Manufacturing, supply chain, quality, sales and market teams.
促进全球跨职能团队之间的有效沟通与协作，包括，研发，产品管理、制造、供应链、质量与销售市场团队
4.    Chair regular project meetings, provide clear updates to stakeholders, and ensure alignment on project objectives, milestones and deliverables.

5.    Drive decision-making processes to keep projects on track and resolve conflicts or bottlenecks efficiently

6.    Prepare and present project reports to senior management and global leadership

Education/教育背景
A master’s or above in science, technology or engineering
工程、科学、技术或相关行业硕士及以上。

Experience/经验
    With a minimum of 5 years in project management, preferably within R&D or product development environment
至少5年项目管理经验，优先考虑研发或产品开发环境背景
    Engineering, design or development background requirement.
具备工程、设计或开发相关工作背景
    A proven track record of successfully managing global, complex product development projects with multi-disciplinary, multi-cultural and multi-site project team.

    Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools and project management software(e.g., JIRA, MS project, etc).

    Project management methodologies: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, Agile, Stage-gate)
