一、 岗位职责
1.    全流程项目管理：负责公司新建、改建或扩建工程项目的全生命周期管理，包括前期规划、设计对接、施工监管、竣工验收及交付使用。
2.    进度与成本控制：制定详细的工程施工进度计划，严格把控项目节点；负责工程预算编制或审核、变更签证管理及进度款支付审核，有效控制项目成本。
3.    质量与合规监管：严格监督施工质量，确保工程符合国家建筑工程规范及食品行业特殊要求（如洁净车间、排水防臭、防虫防鼠设施等）。
4.    安全与现场管理：落实安全生产责任制，定期组织现场安全检查，杜绝安全事故；协调施工单位、监理单位及厂内各部门，解决现场突发问题。
5.    验收与档案管理：组织各阶段的工程验收（特别是隐蔽工程和洁净工程验收），负责工程图纸、合同、签证等全套资料的整理与归档。
二、 任职要求
1.    学历与专业：全日制大学及以上学历，化工工艺、机电工程、食品工程、生物工程等相关专业。
2.    工作经验：具有8年以上工程项目管理经验，其中至少3年以上食品厂、制药厂或化妆品厂等洁净厂房/高标准工业厂房的项目管理经验。
3.    专业技能：
•    熟悉国家建筑工程相关法律法规、施工规范及验收标准。
•    精通食品工厂建设标准（如GMP良好生产规范、HACCP体系对厂房硬件的要求），熟悉洁净车间、通风空调、工艺管道等专项工程。
•    熟练使用CAD、Project等工程绘图及项目管理软件，能独立审核施工图纸。
4.    综合素质：具备优秀的统筹协调能力、抗压能力和突发事件处理能力；廉洁自律，原则性强，具有良好的职业操守。具备较强的英语读写能力，能独自沟通协调和集团公司其它国家同事工程项目方面的交流。
三、 加分项
•    有知名食品企业（如乳制品、肉制品、饮料、烘焙等）基建项目完整落地经验者优先。
•    熟悉EPC总承包模式或具备甲方（建设单位）代表工作经验者优先。
