WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

• Coordinate internal and external resources for execution of projects
• Ensure all projects are delivered timely, within scope, and within budget
• Lead and facilitate the definition of project scopes, objectives, schedule, and technical requirements to ensure technical and fiscal feasibility
• Collaborate with technical and multi-functional teams to facilitate the development of new products and systems using a hybrid agile process
• Ensure resource availability and allocation for effective project execution
• Supervise and track project progress and work to ensure successful completion of short and long-term objectives
• Report and advance issues and roadblocks to collaborators and management as needed
• Complete sprint strategy sessions using Jira reports and project assets to guide focus to critical items
• Participate in development of processes and guidelines

YOU HAVE:

Required

• Bachelor Degree in Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in project management
• Advanced English
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall principles.
• Proficiency in Jira® project management software and tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong technical curiosity, analytical skills, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in leading new product development projects.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification is preferred.
