• Manage the pre-design, design, construction and completion stages of the project; Within each project, establish working procedures;
• Track and report on the actual progress & actual spending, compared to programs and budgets, and advice corrective action to Client; Create estimated budget & detail schedule as per Client’s various requirements;
• Identify & record the needs requirements and constraints of the Client.  Work out effective project plan, to achieve these goals；Represent the Client from inception to completion of the project;
• Assist Client to organize & analyses all tender and procurement of all contractors & suppliers.
• Track and report on the actual progress including snagging list or punch list & actual spending, compared to programs and budgets, and advice corrective action to Client;
• Full coordination with all client and other external stakeholders - IT, Security, Mover, Landlord, main contractor, etc. 
• Regular project meeting arrangement with meeting minutes, including client stakeholder, vendors etc.
• Work with clients for any special requirements (i.e clinic, space related to statutory compliance etc.)
• Ensuring all work complying with local regulations
• Ensure all submission to authority by the main con is oversee by the PM
• OMM - that include As-built, single line drawing, layout, perspective drawings, (soft and hard copy) etc.
• Other support required by line manager

Required

• Education /Work Experience Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree or above graduate, major in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, MEP, Interior Design or other property-related disciplines. Overseas study background is preferred;
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in design, construction and project management industry;
• Have in-depth understanding of local codes and legislation, able to carry out consultations, analyses and assessments.
• Proficient and well-practiced in technology tools to complete daily work tasks.
• A good team player, with a high sense of teamwork spirit
