Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. We look for people who have bold new ideas, courage and a pioneering spirit to join forces to invent the future, and have fun along the way. Our culture thrives on intellectual curiosity, cognitive diversity and bringing your whole self to work — and we have an insatiable drive to do what others think is impossible. The Project Management Development Coach (P3/P4) is a dual level position and will be embedded in the Strategic Deterrent Systems Lean-Agile Center of Excellence, where he/she will champion Agile adoption across the entire division while delivering a sustainable training and coaching ecosystem. The Position is in Roy, Utah. In addition to designing, developing, and delivering instructor-led and digital curricula that blend traditional project-management, Agile frameworks, and Earned-Value Management (EVM) fundamentals, the coach will work 1-on-1 with individuals to clarify and master their Agile roles, providing focused mentorship for Scrum Masters, Product Owners, chief scrum masters, and team members so each can execute their responsibilities with confidence. The coach will apply EVM techniques to the Sentinel program, configuring the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Advanced Roadmaps) to capture value-delivery metrics, and will translate those data into actionable action and coaching plans. Supporting the whole division, the coach will partner with a designated business unit to lead PI-Planning preparation and execution, ensuring that goals are aligned to strategic objectives, that backlog grooming and sprint commitments are realistic, and that performance is tracked against the Integrated Master Schedule. Throughout, the coach will champion a culture of continuous improvement and transparent communication, while maintaining full compliance with DoD acquisition policies and the required security clearances. In addition to these roles the Agile coach will have a emphasis on supporting Agile and earned value across the Sentinel Program.
