We are looking for a highly motivated student to join our team as a Project Management Co-op from January to August OR May to December.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:  

As a Project Management Co-op within Sales Operations, you will work on high-impact projects focused on process improvement, technology, and operational efficiency. You’ll collaborate with teams across the organization, take ownership of meaningful project work, and gain hands-on experience in project management, business analysis, problem-solving, and emerging technologies.

• Own projects and process improvement initiatives that use AI and automation to improve efficiency
• Break down business challenges into clear project goals, deliverables, and success measures
• Develop and maintain project plans, including milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines
• Analyze and improve CRM data quality, including data cleanup, testing, and identifying opportunities for better processes
• Support CAPS testing by documenting results, identifying issues, and helping drive implementation
• Gather business needs, analyze data, and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or improve processes while translating findings into clear project requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Track project risks, issues, and roadblocks, and help identify practical solutions
• Prepare clear project updates, presentations, and recommendations while working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Facilitate project meetings by preparing agendas, capturing decisions, assigning follow-up actions, and helping keep work on track

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:

• Enrollment in a related bachelor’s degree program (Business Admin, Project Management, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field)
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Interest in project management, process improvement, technology, and business transformation
• Ability to organize information, manage details, and communicate clearly with different stakeholders
• Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, or other AI tools
• Coursework in AI, data analytics, business process improvement, project management, or information systems is preferred
• Experience technology-focused student organizations, hackathons, or prior internships is a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Greenheck Group takes pride in providing competitive pay.  The starting base pay range for this position is $21.00/hour - $25.00/hour and is based on position and academic year.

In addition to competitive pay, co-ops receive paid time off for company-observed holidays and are eligible for additional financial support through a housing allowance or sign-on bonus.

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment, such as a computer and phone. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. The person is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data, and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading. Occasional mobility required to attend in-person meetings and complete various office tasks.
