Position Overview
The Project Coordinator - Level 1 is responsible for managing end-to-end implementations of Patient Engagement products (such as Pay, Klara, and Bonsai), ensuring timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery aligned with client goals and business objectives.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate resources, resolve issues, and maintain clear communication throughout the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will support the Project Manager team in onboarding new clients, configuring software features, driving product upsells, managing revenue recognition, and executing administrative initiatives. This role serves as a natural progression path for individuals aspiring to transition into Project Management roles within the Client Services – Implementation department.
Primary Responsibilities & Key Duties
- Patient Engagement Implementations (40%): Drive end-to-end delivery of Patient Engagement products (Pay, Klara, Bonsai). Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to coordinate resources, address issues, and maintain proactive communication with clients.
- Project Setup & Administration (40%): Update, customize, and administer all aspects of projects within assigned medical specialties or upsell services. Monitor multiple simultaneous projects to ensure a smooth transition to Project Managers.
- Software Configuration & Build Co-Ownership (10%): Coordinate directly with key internal and external stakeholders to configure features and complete software setup.
- Administrative & Ad-Hoc Support (5%): Provide critical operational support to the Project Management team by handling administrative tasks, handling ad-hoc requests, and driving overall operational excellence.
- Process Optimization with RPA Tools (5%): Utilize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and apply independent judgment on project deliverables to streamline workflows and enhance process efficiencies.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Comprehensive understanding of software applications, desktop hardware, operating systems, and basic network connectivity.
- Core Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong operational problem-solving capabilities and high adaptability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Certifications: PMP certification or active pursuit of project management credentials.
- Tools & Software: Prior experience using enterprise CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Cloud Coach, Smartsheet, or similar platforms.
- Background: Proven experience in project coordination, software implementation, or client onboarding within a SaaS or Healthcare IT company.
