About this Role:

The Project Coordinator supports construction projects by managing documentation, coordinating field activities, and ensuring project tasks are executed according to schedule and specifications. This role requires strong writing abilities, technical understanding of civil engineering concepts, and consistent on‑site presence to monitor progress and support project teams.  Must speak fluent English. Candidate must be an EIT.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily project activities and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and written communications with high clarity and professionalism.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical documents to support project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Support project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, and resolving field issues.
• Communicate effectively with contractors, engineers, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change order documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements:        

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (BSCE)
• Experience in construction project coordination or related fiel
• Excellent writing and documentation skills
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Ability to perform regular on‑site visits
• Strong organizational and communication skills

   Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with multidisciplinary construction projects
• Familiarity with project management software or construction documentation platforms
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
