Programmer Analyst II with strong experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise applications within complex, multi-site environments. Acts as a technical escalation point for complex issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing durable fixes while producing clear technical documentation to support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement.

Proactively participates in technical improvement initiatives, promoting coding standards, architectural consistency, and development best practices across teams. Contributes to improving development processes, code quality, and collaboration between engineering, QA, and business teams, operating with a disciplined, pragmatic, and quality-focused mindset aligned with enterprise and manufacturing IT standards.
