Possesses little to basic knowledge of program and project requirements, policies, and procedures. Performs routine and repetitive tasks. Receives direct supervision.

You Have:

• 1+ years of experience in customer service and shipping services
• Experience with incident management and procurement systems
• Experience with Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
• HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

• Experience with ServiceNow
• Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills
