1. Assist Academic Orientation for BULC new students
2. Receive and process all necessary documents required for the lecturer and student services process (e.g., study
leave, graduation documents, internship, and final project documents)
3. Maintain and update record details of inquiries, comments, complaints, and actions taken
4. Assist student payment process and administration (i.e., Calculate students’ fee, inform to students, Input students
bill to BCS system, collect students’ payment receipt, validate students’ payment, inform payment report to
scheduling)
5. File all BULC students’ finance documents
6. Keep records and data confidentiality of customer transactions
7. Conduct calculation for students’ tuition fee and upload the information to Learning Management System
application (for every period)
8. Conduct operational process for student registration in related course subject (using course subjects addition form)
9. Distribute update information to the students accordingly (e.g., list of course subject availability)
10. Keep track and verify data from students' payment data and payment statement
11. Conduct calculation fee for students (e.g., addition subject)
12. Keep track and verify students’ receivables list and inform to scheduling and thesis coordinator
13. Process related expenses for office operation and record office finance documents accordingly
14. Maintain ISS schedule and operation

Management support activities:

o Provide Report to direct Supervisor
o Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time
concern, effort, and cost)
o Perform activities related to Quality Management System
o Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor

Education Requirement:

• Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) or University Student (6th Semester)
Work Exposure/ Experience:
• No working experience
