Job Summary
The Program Manager I is responsible for coordinating and managing small to medium-sized programs, ensuring successful project execution from initiation to closure. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to meet program objectives, scope, schedule, and budget.

Job Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain comprehensive program plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
* Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve program milestones and deliverables.
* Communicate program status, risks, and issues effectively to stakeholders, both internal and external.
* Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure adherence to program management methodologies and best practices.
* Manage client expectations and foster strong relationships throughout the program lifecycle.
* Facilitate regular program meetings and generate accurate program reports.
* Monitor and control program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives within program management processes.
* Support the sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities and proposal generation.

Job Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* 8+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in a manufacturing or technology environment.
* Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira).
* Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
