We are looking for a proactive and analytical Program Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives, solve complex business problems, and support strategic and operational priorities. The ideal candidate will combine strong problem-solving abilities, data-driven decision-making, and excellent communication skills to deliver measurable business outcomes.

This role requires someone who can work independently, navigate ambiguity, adapt to shifting priorities, and quickly understand new business domains. You will take ownership of diverse challenges, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and successful execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Program Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute strategic and operational initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and expected outcomes.
• Strategy & Execution: Identify business opportunities, evaluate challenges, develop actionable strategies, and drive implementation to achieve measurable results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across functions to align priorities, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth execution of key initiatives.
• Data Analysis & Insights: Use SQL, advanced spreadsheets, and other analytical tools to evaluate performance, identify trends, and support data-backed decisions.
• Problem-Solving: Take ownership of complex and varied business problems, develop structured approaches, and implement practical solutions.
• Process Improvement: Identify operational inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and establish scalable processes to improve productivity and business performance.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate progress, risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Adaptability & Learning: Quickly understand new domains, business models, and operational challenges while adapting to changing priorities.
• Performance Tracking: Define success metrics, monitor outcomes, and provide regular updates on program progress and business impact.
• Ambiguity Management: Bring structure to unclear problems, prioritize effectively, and make informed decisions in fast-changing environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in operations, strategy, consulting, growth, program management, or a founder's office.
• Alternatively, an MBA with at least 2+ years of professional work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and solve at least two distinct types of business problems and deliver measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in SQL or advanced spreadsheet tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Comfort working in ambiguous environments with evolving priorities and limited direction.
• Strong ownership, execution, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to learn new industries, business functions, and domains quickly.
