About the Opportunity
We're building a talent pipeline for upcoming program management opportunities across multiple levels. Connect with us now so you're on our radar when the right role opens.
- Associate Program Manager (0–3 years)
- Program Manager (3–6 years)
- Senior Program Manager (6–10 years)
- Director/Principal Program Manager (10+ years)
What You Might Work On
- Program planning, scheduling, and cross-functional execution
- Budget ownership, risk management, and milestone tracking
- Stakeholder communication across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing
- Vendor and supplier program coordination
- Leading programs from concept through launch
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's/PMP a plus for senior-level roles)
- Experience with program management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Experience ranging from early-career coordinators to leaders managing multi-million-dollar programs

Salary Range: $60,000-$150,000
The actual salary offered is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, the candidate’s combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience
